Beyond the Locker Room is a career exploration program designed for young women in sports, guiding them behind the scene to discover opportunities beyond the game. Through career panels, industry trips, mentorship Zoom calls, and direct access to internships and career opportunities, participants gain real insight, build meaningful connections, and find the inspiration to lead—both on and off the court.

In many of our communities, young people face what’s called the Exposure Gap—they have the talent and drive for in-demand careers, but lack access to the experiences and networks that open those doors. Beyond the Locker Room helps close that gap by connecting young women to the people, possibilities, and pathways they deserve.
